All sales take place through our eCommerce store www.ruroc.com giving us a direct connection with our customers that legacy / competitor brands do not possess. This close connection to the end rider has given us the ability to reduce the feedback loop and rapidly innovate and enhance our gear at a rate never seen before in the Global helmet industry.

We control our destiny; we manage everything end-to-end to deliver our promise to customers and fulfil the potential of the Ruroc brand. We are building world-class teams across the board and we have recently invested in our own Ruroc Factory to keep up with our ever-snowballing demand.

We are now looking for an experienced Producer or Senior Production Manager to work with our Creative Team, helping produce both our Campaign and BAU activity for social, web, CRM, and event activities. You will be used to managing multiple projects and working on brand campaign projects from initial brief through to delivery.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Taking the lead on planning all aspects of both studio and location shoots.
  • Closely collaborate with key stakeholders within the business to accurately interpret creative briefs and advise on possible production solutions across all channels.
  • Organise team briefings and any pre-production meetings.
  • Attend all creative briefings and input on creative ideas feasibility, highlighting any potential issues and provide solutions.
  • Work with the creative director to agree deliverables and produce shot list / check list of requirements.
  • Research and recce any potential locations, manage all negotiations, and lead on communication and organisation of locations with the owners/suppliers as needed.
  • Research, negotiate and lead on all communication and organisation of any talent and freelance crew as needed.
  • Research, plan and secure any support props and equipment as required.
  • Organise insurance, risk assessments, health and safety, and any permit requirements.
  • Budget management keep ongoing accurate track of all expenses, incurred fees to remain within agreed internal budget.
  • Organise logistics of all creative team, support team, equipment, and talent including travel to and from locations, parking, accommodation, subsistence as needed.
  • Production of and circulations of full call sheet to whole team in advance of shoot as required.
  • Attend and assist creative team and be key point of contact at all shoots.
  • Build ongoing relationships with and continued management of external suppliers relating to creative projects.
  • Financial management working closely with talent and freelance suppliers and the finance team to ensure invoices are accurate, approved, and processed efficiently whilst managing them against the agreed internal budget.

Requirements

  • Experience with project management applications and tools
  • Comfortable creating timing and production plans
  • Thorough understanding of creative processes
  • Clear understanding of digital / print design, video, photography and motion workflows and deliverables.
  • Proficient use of MS Office Packages and G-Suite beneficial.
