All sales take place through our eCommerce store www.ruroc.com giving us a direct connection with our customers that legacy / competitor brands do not possess. This close connection to the end rider has given us the ability to reduce the feedback loop and rapidly innovate and enhance our gear at a rate never seen before in the Global helmet industry.

We control our destiny; we manage everything end-to-end to deliver our promise to customers and fulfil the potential of the Ruroc brand. We are building world-class teams across the board and have recently invested in our own Ruroc Factory to keep up with our ever-snowballing demand.

Reporting into Ruroc’s Creative Director, you will be responsible for creating all graphic design assets for the brand. You will be working inside our ‘in-house’ agency built up of CGI, Video, Graphics, and Image execs to deliver creative assets that engage our target audience and develop an emotional connection with them. You will be working closely with a team of creators to create innovative concepts/ideas for the journey to purchase for Ruroc products across all channels.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Can design and craft beautiful, original pieces from concept to completion with an acute attention to detail.
  • Working with the wider creative team and responsible for the visualisation of the journey to purchase for Ruroc products across all channels.
  • Deliver high-quality design artwork to meet the needs of the business, specifically our commercial pillars such as brand, marketing, and trading.
  • Assist in the development of brand assets in accordance with the brand strategy and brand guidelines.
  • Creation of brand assets which will include template set up and implementation. This could be for any area of the business from email templates to Instagram story / paid media advertising templates.
  • Create graphics for print where required.
  • Create infographics in the current company style and colour scheme to support various communication efforts such as company presentations.
  • Interpret storyboards, visualise high-level concepts and create graphics and illustrations.
  • Familiarise yourself with the campaign, BAU and target audience, across all channels.

Requirements

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU:

  • Have an outstanding up-to-date portfolio with experience from either in-house or agency.
  • Are fluent in Adobe and the Creative Suite.
  • Exceptional creative ability, design sense and can make the right calls with rationale when required.
  • Ability to take a design from concept through to completion and provide guidance for other team members throughout.
  • Self-motivated and organised.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure; remaining proactive rather than reactive, always.
  • Ability to follow creative direction whilst also thinking outside the box.
  • Impeccable and fierce attention to detail.
  • Are able to juggle a wide variety of projects, with timelines from the immediate to long term.
  • Provide dynamic and engaging creative solutions in line with our brand guidelines.
  • Are a team player with excellent presentation skills and communication abilities at all levels.
  • Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well.
