Blacktrace manufactures a wide range of scientific instruments, and we are now looking for a motivated, bright, and organised Production Operative/Stores Person to join the Production team, reporting to the Production Manager.

Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Assembly of tubing kits
- Assembly of fluidic accessories and consumables
- Reporting issues to the Engineering team to ensure our products are continuously improved
- A wide range of stores duties such as: receiving and booking into stock incoming deliveries on MRP, stock replenishment, preparing kits for production and issuing stock requests
Requirements
Skills required:
- Experience in stores duties is essential
- Some experience with working in a manufacturing environment is desirable
- An ability to read and work from engineering drawings is desirable
- Working knowledge of MRP is desirable
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good level of dexterity
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good timekeeping and organisational skills
