We are currently looking for an experienced Growth Manager to oversee our Amazon Ads Campaigns. This is a full-time freelance role.
The Role:
The Amazon Growth/Campaigns Manager works to grow sales through advertising. You will be continually experimenting with strategies, testing outcomes, and optimizing tactics so that we successfully grow sales in a cost-effective manner.
You will be responsible for end-to-end management of PPC campaigns, not only proposing strategies, but also setting them up and managing them in Amazon.
Requirements
Here’s what you'll do:
- Create and deliver successful and highly profitable ads campaigns.
- Manage a seven-figure advertising budget and a portfolio of 50 products.
- Propose clear growth strategies with predicted costs and outcomes, then design and set up experiments to test them.
- Report on ad sales data and translate findings into actionable plans.
- Continuously review and optimize existing ad campaigns.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop new approaches for effective campaigns.
Who are you?
- Minimum 2 years experience with growing sales through advertising.
- Excellent knowledge of sales, online strategies, and business development, with a results-driven mindset.
- A portfolio of successful growth implementations and interventions.
- Hands-on experience in maintaining products in Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify (and/or others).
- Fluent English with excellent written, communication, and presentation skills
- Demonstrable competency in organizational and analytical skills, as well as strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in GSuite (Drive, Docs, Sheets), and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc).
- Located in CET timezone +/-2h.
