Overview of roleThe role of the Head of Reward amp; People Operations is to lead on benefits and reward implementation and decisions, while providing seamless HR operational support to all employees across all locations.
The role will have accountability for all touch points of the entire employee lifecycle from the offer process for new hires, to onboarding, induction, performance management, pay reviews, promotions, job changes through to leaving. You will own compensation, including pay ranges, benchmarking, pay reviews and delivering benefits which drive talent attraction, retention and employee engagement.This role will be crucial to our people strategy as we continue to grow across all of our European offices, we want to attract and retain the best talent in the market. To achieve this you'll partner with a variety of stakeholders including the Talent Acquisition Team, HRBPs and the broader Trainline Management community as well as providing a vital service to all employees.
About You
We’re looking for creative big thinkers with small egos to achieve our ambitious plans. You'll be an experienced HR professional with a passion for reward, who has led a team and managed HR operations in a fast paced (ideally technology focused) environment, spanning international territories especially Europe. We have expanded our office network to include Milan and Barcelona, in addition to London, Edinburgh amp; Paris and further offices could follow, so experience setting up new entities and implementing international reward packages is highly desirable.
In addition to this we are loking for someone with a strong focus on continuous improvement, and an analytical and data-driven approach with strong, clear and credible communication skills. Experience of working in a Plc regarding the corporate governance framework and working with share plans in a Plc environment
