Job Description

AeroCloud creates modular and scalable intelligent airport management software built on leading-edge technology. Our cloud-native platform uses predictive artificial intelligence and machine learning. Together with our common-use passenger processing and self-service solutions, we deliver an innovative answer to the complex operational challenges experienced by airports across the globe.

AeroCloud’s Intelligent Airport Management System (iAMS) and Flight Management System reduce manual inputs and centralise data, making it available to all members of airport stakeholder groups. Inspection, Lease and Asset Management systems support on-site logistical planning. In addition, Common-Use Passenger Processing and Self-Service solutions and our Mobile Bag Drop app help airports efficiently manage the ups and downs in daily passenger numbers.

Our platform is 100% cloud-native, and users can access it anywhere, anytime, and on any device. We configure all modules within the Cloud and deliver remote updates quickly and easily; users can access AeroCloud’s software via a web interface, removing the need to access a local network. Airports can depend on our cloud-hosted platform’s security, fast processing speeds and scalability.

Requirements

About you

We are looking for a Tech Recruiter to hire into the Software Engineering team joining our People Team and reporting directly to the Head of People and Talent. Currently this role will have no direct reports and will be based out of our Macclesfield office, with hybrid working available.

Summary of Role

Working as part of a rapidly expanding and busy talent acquisition team during a period of hyper growth across our tech team. Specialising in hiring into our software engineering function, having ownership for sourcing and selecting candidates across the AeroCloud tech stack. This is a hybrid working role and will include some working from home and from our Macclesfield office.

Ownership and Impact

  • Utilising multiple sourcing tools including LinkedIn recruiter and candidate marketplace platforms,
  • Ownership for the tech engineering recruitment process, managing all stages of the process,
  • Conducting screening interviews usually by video call,
  • Coordinating all stages of the interview process,
  • Utilising our internal ATS system to manage the candidate funnel - currently we use Workable,
  • Managing candidate feedback and maintaining the highest level of candidate care to provide an outstanding candidate experience,
  • Managing and negotiating offers,
  • Working closely with the People Team to deliver a smooth onboarding experience,
  • Updating and creating content for job adverts,
  • Building tech teams in multiple geographical locations

What are we looking for

We are looking for someone who either has inhouse tech recruitment experience or has been working in a technical recruitment agency. The candidate must have experience recruiting software engineers and be comfortable recruiting at volume and pace - in 2023 we are looking to recruit 30 engineers.
