About you
We are looking for a Tech Recruiter to hire into the Software Engineering team joining our People Team and reporting directly to the Head of People and Talent. Currently this role will have no direct reports and will be based out of our Macclesfield office, with hybrid working available.
Summary of Role
Working as part of a rapidly expanding and busy talent acquisition team during a period of hyper growth across our tech team. Specialising in hiring into our software engineering function, having ownership for sourcing and selecting candidates across the AeroCloud tech stack. This is a hybrid working role and will include some working from home and from our Macclesfield office.

What are we looking for
We are looking for someone who either has inhouse tech recruitment experience or has been working in a technical recruitment agency. The candidate must have experience recruiting software engineers and be comfortable recruiting at volume and pace - in 2023 we are looking to recruit 30 engineers.
