The business is growing fast and is hiring a new Head of TA who can enable the people growth and build leadership

capabilities that’s at the heart of the People and Culture Strategy. Bionic has ambitious plans for the next 5 years to

grow our business operations, tech/ data and our sales teams to over 1000 colleagues as well as many more

acquisitions. Today, we have 650 colleagues spread across London, Luton, Chelmsford and Chester including a sales

team of over 400 colleagues in Inbound, Outbound and Field Sales. We're fully regulated and authorised by the FCA.

Requirements

We're now looking to make a leadership appointment in the team (and key No2 to the CPO) to develop and execute

our talent acquisition and management strategy. The combination of our growth agenda, available investment, and

organisational willingness to next phase our talent strategy presents an amazing opportunity for the right leader to

create a best-practice function.

This is a hands-on role, with lots of variety and the opportunity to work with a range of different people across the

business, so you will need to be able to communicate effectively at all levels and execute quickly and confidently.

You will be working closely with the Senior Business Partners and HR Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include:

  • Promote a culture of hiring and personal growth by driving the full spectrum of recruiting, selection and assessment activities.
  • Deputies for the CPO.
  • Implement online and offline employer branding activities.
  • Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of Bionic and drive best practice.
  • Create and implement talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and entry / experienced sales colleagues (volume hiring).
  • Design and drive the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience, reduces churn and enhances speed to competency.
  • Partnering with leaders (C-Suite and Heads of Functions) to track ongoing hiring needs of their business, workforce planning and onboarding strategies.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment and assessment for senior roles.
  • Identify and partner with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met.
  • Inspire, coach and develop the team (7) bringing a tool kit of best practice across all hiring and onboarding systems to implement a Bionic Group candidate experience with accurate reporting.
  • Drive culture of high performance in the team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.
  • Lead on projects focused on continuous improvement.
  • Own and develop ATS workable including weekly and monthly reporting on key KPI’s such as Time to Hire, Volume of hires, cost per hire.
  • Prepare and manage a recruitment budget and all recruitment channels such as Glassdoor, Linked In.
  • Develop and implement a diversity and inclusive hiring policy.
