We are now searching for a Dual Site Swim amp; Sales Manager to work within our Lichfield centres. You will have overall responsibility for our pool programmes, swim schools and sales progress at both Burntwood and Friary Grange Leisure Centre.
Your role will be a blend of Swim Program Management, Sales and Swim Teaching. As a dual site manager you’ll need to divide your time up wisely ensuring that all tasks, deadlines and targets are met and that each venue has your support amp; guidance where amp; when required.
As Manager you will take full responsibility for the development of the Learn to Swim Program, ensuring that pool space is fully optimised and we have a healthy transition of students through our framework. You will also be the lead on starting and developing relationships with Groups, Clubs and Schools in the local area as we believe in offering an inclusive Pool Program for the entire community. You will also review sales and actively create new leads, maximising sales opportunities.
Strategic Workforce development is vital to ensure we have products to suit our customers so you’ll also lead on this along with the support of your team.
