Pronto Accident Repair Centre in Boston Lincolnshire are recruiting skilled talented and motivated Vehicle Paint Sprayers those who are experienced ideally holding an NVQ3 or Senior ATA Qualification though this is not essential, as full training coaching and fully funded qualifications are offered to talented team members who are motivated and with the right attitude.
Any relevant qualifications will have been achieved in the last 30 months for them to be valid or recognised.
We are also very interested in meeting talking with those of you who hold some of the more prestigious Manufacturer Qualifications in Paint Spraying achieved through Mercedes, BMW, VW Audi, Tesla, Jaguar Land Rover or similar in the last 5-10 years
You will be using the industries leading paint brand Axalta and with the full support of our own company training coach you will be fully conversant with every aspect of the produce
We operate with a transparent grade system for hourly rates which is as set out below.

Grade 1
Fully Skilled Senior ATA Qualified achieved within the last 30 months with some certain Prestige Manufacturer Qualifications, Jaguar, BMW, Land Rover, Audi VW, Tesla as an example this will be suppoted by a minimum of 5 years work related experience your flat basic rate will be 20.23 per hour, working a 43 hour week equates to 2236 hrs per year delivers a flat basic salary of 45,234.28 - qualifications have to be relevant to the site which you are employed.
Grade 2
Fully Skilled holding a Senior ATA qualification achieved in last 30 months, with a minimum 5 years work related experience earns you 19.15 per hour flat basic rate, you will be working a 4-4-5-3 pattern working average of 43 hours per week which is 2236 hrs per year x this by 18.04 = a flat basic of 42,819.40
Grade 3
Fully Skilled holding an NVQ 3 qualification achieved in last 30 months, with a minimum 5 years work related experience earns you 18.04 per hour flat basic, working on a 4-4-5-3 pattern, working average of 43 hours per week which is 2236 hrs per year x this by 18.04 = a flat basic of 40,337.44
Grade 4
Fully Skilled with no qualification, minimum of 5 years work related experience, earns 16.02 per hour working a 43 hour working week turns a flat basic salary of 35,820.72 on a 4-4-5-3 pattern
