Pronto Accident Repair Centre (Boston) are recruiting experienced and talented Bodyshop Technicians, M.E.T Technicians with or without mechanical experience, especially those who are very experienced, ideally holding Bodyshop relevant NVQ3 or Senior ATA Qualification.
Though these qualifications are not essential, as full training coaching along with fully funded qualifications are offered to talented team members with the right attitude.
Any relevant qualifications will have been achieved in the last 30 months for them to be valid or recognised.
We are also very interested in meeting and talking with those of you who hold some of the more prestigious Manufacturer Qualifications achieved through Mercedes, BMW, VW Audi, Tesla, Jaguar Land Rover or similar in the last 5-10 years.
Pronto Accident Repair Centres have an excellent track record in developing Dealership Mechanics / Technicains into Bodyshop Mechanics and Accident Repair Strip and Refit Technicians, though you must have an eye for detail, you must be able to deal with jobs that can take hours or days and not just regular oil servicing and brake changes that often only take a few minutes, accident repair requires, patience, focus, dedication accurancy and consistency, you will have the ability to handle various brands, follow methods and processes and to be able to think for yourself, you will be motivated and responsible you will have a can do attitude, Accident Repair is so much more rewarding than being a service technician though similar it is totally different.
You will be using the industries leading diagnostic equipment, with an understanding and knowledge that will enable you work on EV had HV Electric vehicles, though we do offer fully funded training to the highest standard through PSA Taining it is an IMI Accredited arm of our business, you will get full support of our own company training coach you will be fully conversant with every aspect of the processes and technology contained within the modern car.

Across the Pronto Accident Repair Centre business from Norwich to Nottingham in the last quarter of 2022 reviewed our saalary and working hours strucutre and from Thursday the 5th January we lanunched this new and exciting program, increasing salaries from a minimum of 22.5% to a maximum of 33% this is way above the industry average and will take our staff salary earning potential to the mext level.

Fully Skilled with no qualification, minimum of 5 years work related experience, earns 16.02 per hour working a 43 hour working week turns a flat basic salary of 35,820.72 on a 4-4-5-3 pattern
