Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Finance to lead our small but awesome finance function. You will be a key member of our senior management team, partnering with them and the CEO via effective commercial decision making to shape our ambitious growth an investment targets with the opportunity to grow with us over the next two years.

What will you do?
- Lead small finance function while still ‘being hands on’ to ensure timeous and accurate business reporting including management accounts, client profitability and employee performance metrics.
- Working closely with the senior management team to produce the monthly board reporting pack and setting and monitoring of quarterly business goals (targets) using OKR framework.
- Responsibility for ensuring statutory and compliance obligations are met, including PAYE, VAT, payroll, audit.
- Support account directors with budgeting and renewals for key and new clients as required
- Partnering with all heads of departments to ensure their understanding of financial performance, supporting them to influence their results and with key decision-making
- Supporting CEO with investment fund raising strategy and financial modelling for sharing with external investors
- Budgeting and financial forecasting to support business decision making by the board including cash flow planning and monitoring runway.
What experience will you bring?
- Qualified accountant and qualification - ACCA, ICAS
- Experience of leading a small finance function (SME size) or looking to move into this as next step in career.
- Experience of partnering with multiple department heads
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience of continuous improvement of reporting, MI and financial modelling
- Understanding of SaaS and services business models.
