Job Description
We make games that change lives and are played by millions of people every week. In this role, you will help us to make sure that we attract and hire the best talent available. You'll be joining a team successful and well established team, supporting hiring activities across a wide range of departments but focusing primarily on our high volume areas (Customer Operations and Retail).
This would be an ideal role either for someone looking to make the move from agency recruitment into an inhouse role or with some previous internal experience, speaking to candidates about career opportunities at an award winning employer with an amazing purpose.

How you'll make a difference
You'll ensure hiring managers have high quality shortlists for all vacancies. You will be naturally inquisitive and use this to build a picture of what it means to work at Camelot very quickly, which will in turn enable you to source and select the best candidates available. An exceptional candidate experience will be central to everything you do, helping us to build upon our excellent reputation as an employer.
