Job Description

Belong are an innovative not for profit provider of person centred care for the elder generation; specialising in dementia care.

As we grow and expand it is an exciting time to join our Estates Team; we are looking for an experienced, qualified and proactive Maintenance Manager, who will focus on Mechanical and Electrical systems throughout our sites and to assist in developing a small in-house Maintenance Team with particular focus on driving forward the development of this service.

This is a new developing role for the organisation; joining the group as Maintenance Manager you will have extensive relevant experience and a successful track record of customer focussed planned preventative and reactive maintenance including mechanical and electrical engineer and building related functions. Strong leadership skills are also essential as is robust technical knowledge and the ability to guide the team whilst supporting service delivery across the organisation.

KEY RESPONSILBILITES

To ensure that the Mechanical amp; Electrical Building Services infrastructure (heating, water, ventilation, power amp; lighting etc.) is maintained efficiently to support business goals and operates safely

Lead all maintenance and site services operations adhering to company processes ensuring commitments are met and in line with budget

Lead, develop and manage the site maintenance function

Ensure integration of maintenance and asset management systems throughout the business

Continually review all maintenance and asset management capabilities to ensure value is delivered and assets are optimised

To apply for this role as well as notable experience you will hold an HND level 5 with membership of a relevant professional and have a Hamp;S qualification. Due to the multi-site nature of this rrole you will have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle to travel between Villages across the North West.

Working hours - Monday through Friday full time - with flexibility to cover call-outs, weekends and evening/nights essential to the role.

Rate of pay - 41,395 per annum
