We are working with a Global Management Consultancy who are looking for a Senior Consultant to join their Business Performance Improvement Practice in their Intelligent Automation team.
This newly established team as seen significant growth over the last year and are looking to add some essential skill sets to continue this success. You will be an essential team member defining and driving the future of this newly formed service for our client.
With companies getting used to the new way of working, our client has been busy solving some of the more complex problems their clients face and are looking to grow their team to meet ramp up in demand. This is a role that will require quick, outside the box thinking.
You will be reporting into a Leader, not a manager, who is happy to roll-up their sleeves when needed but ensure that you meet your personal goals as well as the team goals. Requirements
-Minimum of 3 years’ experience including 1-2 years in a Technical BA / Consulting role.
-Experience working alongside teams of developers
-Basic understanding of code review across any language or UAT testing.
-Experience managing senior internal and external stakeholders
-Experience delivering in high pressure environments
