The Role

As we embark on an exciting new phase of our growth journey, HowNow is looking for a proven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People Team to own and develop our internal talent acquisition strategy and processes and aid in giving an amazing employee experience! Reporting directly to the Head of People, you’ll be a vital member of a team focused on everything talent - internal and external.

Here’s your mission, if you choose to accept it:

The mission:

  • Shape the global talent acquisition strategy
  • Work with the Marketing Team to create a leading employer brand in the recruitment sector. This will include leading the creation of compelling content and campaigns that create a best-in-class employer brand
  • Act as the face of the business building our reputation in the market with candidates and leading recruitment partners
  • To deeply qualify any candidates applying for roles in the business, only allow quality amp; relevant further interviews with the hiring managers to take place
  • Live and breathe our Vision, Mission amp; Values amp; be able to communicate these externally to attract more people to our business
  • Build solid relationships with hiring managers to become a trusted advisor on all recruitment matters and recommendations
  • Collaborate with the People team and hiring managers to ensure all new employees receive a highly professional, personable, and smooth onboarding experience
  • Produce metrics on the effectiveness of the recruitment process, providing accurate reporting and analysis
  • Ensure the recruitment process remains inclusive and supports the Company’s ambition for a diverse workforce
  • Seek feedback from those involved in recruitment and suggest improvements to streamline the process


Requirements

Typically we find someone with the following will be a great fit:

  • In-house or agency background
  • Direct candidate attraction and proactive candidate sourcing techniques including advertising, LinkedIn etc
  • Creative solutions for recruitment demands to meet stakeholder requirements
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, providing a personal touch for new starter onboarding, from offer to start
  • A passion for people and a world-class employee experience
  • Excellent IT skills
  • A growth mindset and constantly seeking feedback.
  • You have vision and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with an ATS (workable or similar)
