Curious in nature, you continually seek out customer feedback via Product Managers to solve business problems, and harness the power of continuous improvement. You gravitate towards lively cultures where you're given a lot of autonomy and responsibility for your focus, and the space to think outside the box to tackle interesting problems with the support of your team.
You'll also have:
- 2+ years of product design experience, including exposure to native app design.
- Some experience with being responsible for the full end-to-end life-cycle of the creative design process.
- A portfolio that showcases your skills in Visual Design, Interaction, Usability and Research.
- Knowledge and experience with design software (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro or FigJam)
What you'll be doing (in a nutshell)
Working with the Head of Product Design and our Senior UX/UI Designer to continually improve and contribute to the design of two of our core hubs on our web platform as well as iOS and Android apps. Your focus will be on the customer admin experience. You will be working to ensure customers have a delightful experience whilst being sufficiently educated and supported in adopting key platform features.
- Work closely with our design leadership, product, and engineering teams to design features from idea to execution.
- Sketch and prototype ideas and flows and test them with users.
- Conduct research, both qualitative and quantitative on our global user base.
- Advocate for the user and follow user-centred design principles.
- Participate in updating our design system.
- Create beautiful visual journeys for our different users: focusing on engagement across all surfaces (apps, mobile web, desktop).
- Support product team to achieve quarterly key results.

The interview process
- Phone screen interview (30 mins) - to get to know each other and answer any of your questions.
- Competency Interview with our Head of Platform Adoption and one of our Engineering Managers (1 hour)
- Portfolio review and Whiteboard challenge (1 hour 30 mins total) - help us get to know you better by showcasing one of the projects you’re most proud of and solving a small task/problem with our team.
- Final stage interview with with the Product Director and Director of Engineering (40 mins)
