At Pronto Accident Repair Centre Redstone Road Boston PE21 8EA we are recruiting for our reception vehicle damage assing and customer management team.

This exciting position will lead you into a very desirable career of Vehicle Damage Assessing Check out the Qualification IMI VDA to fully unferstand the NVQ that will be coached trained and working towards achieving.

The aim is for you to become a confident and competent customer service account manager and along with achieving the industry IMI NVQ VDA qualification "Vehicle Damage Assessor"

Working within Pronto Accident Repair Centre in Boston, we have opportunities for several Customer Service Advisors.

The successful candidates will be working in a structured and organised office and reception environment dealing with customers, face to face, on the phone, also via electronic communication platforms.


This job will involve working in our busy modern and professional reception amp; office you will be required to work outside also checking in and out customer vehicles and courtesy cars, taking pictures of accident damage and collating data in preparation to compile a vehicle damage repair estimate.


As part of this role you will support and manage the customer through the vehicle accident repair journey, often meeting them at the start of the repair collecting and delivering customer cars and courtesy cars, you will be trained and coached to update you customer throughout the process, then arranging to hand the car back to the customer at repair completion, with a goal of delivering end to end customer satisfaction.


It is preferable if you hold a full clean UK driver license, though this is not essential it would be a distinct advantage.


Working within a motivated and customer centric team you will be offered training coaching and mentoring, you will be taken on a journey that will enable you to complete a vehicle damage assessment using systems such as Audatex and Interest, we have a training program The Crash Course an Introduction that will culminate in you having sufficient knowledge and experience to be able to complete a simple assessment within 2-3 days there are further training courses that we offer to take the journey on to a further 3-4 levels over a 24-36 month period this to ensure you end up reaching the pinnacle of your career.


Further career development CPD Coaching and mentoring can take you on a path into leading a Team and further into Business Management.


Working hours are rotating patterns of 8am to 5.30pm and 8.30am through to 5.30pm you are required to take a 60 minute un paid break at a convenient time of the day.


You will be required to work every fourth weekend Saturday and Sunday working 8am through to 4pm, you are given the Monday off following working the weekend.


Starting Salary will be above the NMW for your age, there will be a consideration for experience that can support an advance in progression, salary will be reviewed frequently based on progression experience and team working.


After the initial 13 week induction you will be enrolled on to the department performance reward this is an opportunity for the team to earn extra based on the department achieving and exceeding targets and objectives.


Previous customer service and business administration experience, or college / university courses that offer under pinning knowledge are an attractive nice to have.
