Senior Client Delivery Manager - SaaS - Hybrid

NQC is a successful and growing software company specialising in supply chain risk management platforms. We’re in the ‘Tech for Good’ space, providing online web platforms which are in use by some of the largest organisations across a number of industries including the UK Government and the Automotive industry.

About your new role

This is an exciting time for us, as we’re seeing a significant amount of growth for our organisation. We are looking for someone who is excited about our mission and can join us to lead on some of our prestigious client relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • You will be responsible for growing and successfully maintaining our relationships with customers and strategic partners.
  • Working closely to understand our customers’ goals and long term vision, and anticipating how NQC can support these initiatives.
  • Attending regular customer meetings and events to network within the industry - National and international based travel may be required.
  • Tracking and measuring customer satisfaction on a regular basis, to ensure customers are valuing the products and services we provide.
  • Utilising customer feedback to make recommendations on service development and improvement initiatives.
  • You will be a positive team player, with the ability to proactively support, mentor and engage with colleagues across the business to ensure that clients realise maximum value from our services
  • Provide monthly revenue forecasts to the NQC Senior Leadership Team.

Requirements

Background requirements

  • You will be an experienced Senior Account Manager or Customer Success Manager working with senior stakeholders, ideally within a SaaS environment.
  • Experience of developing strategic customer relationships and accounts.
  • Excellent business acumen and commercial astuteness.
  • Experience of leading and managing a team.
