Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to support the interim Head of Talent Development in the growth of our Management amp; Leadership Excellence Programme. You will support the development and implementation of training, development programmes and talent initiatives across our business.
Main Responsibilities
Manage a range of Lamp;D administration duties and tasks, and co-ordinate training and development offerings. Support with the design and delivery of key Lamp;D initiatives and programmes. Track outcomes of learnings to support the development and growth of our employees, to include but not limited to:
- Support with content creation for training modules, including training guides and workbooks, working with the Interim Head of Talent Development and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- Review training materials to ensure they are up to date with best practice
- Conduct research into appropriate learning interventions present benefits amp; costs
- Co-ordinate key training programmes including scheduling training sessions, booking venues, ordering lunch and issuing joining instructions to delegates
- Manage training queries, requests and approval process, including training agreements
- Manage feedback surveys and make recommendations for improvement
- Issue certificates of attendance to learners
- Maintain an attendance log
- Produce reports for training programmes amp; outcomes and annual appraisals
- Develop and maintain Training Toolkits for facilitators and managers that help to empower local teams
- Manage relationships with external training partners
- Responsible for the coordination and administration of ILM programmes
- Support the People Business Partners with appraisals, talent reviews and succession planning
- Support with Marketing activities (plan, write and edit content) for promoting the Management amp; Excellence Leadership programme - to internal amp; external communication platforms
Requirements
Required Skills amp; Experience
- Preferably a relatable qualification or certification in HR, training or development
- Preferably experience of working in a training or HR team
- Good time management, organisation and prioritisation skills
- Strong communication skills verbal and written
- Good attention to detail
- IT literate email and Microsoft
- Proactive - uses initiative and problem solving skills
- Good team player
