About the Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Manager within the business, you will partner with our Management team and be crucial in the growth of the company and focus on the Sales team first and foremost. We are a creative, fast paced environment with freedom to try new things. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent, you will be part of one of the fastest upscaling businesses globally. The mission is to strategically create a candidate experience, which is one of the best and help candidates build their careers with us.

This role is a hybrid position, we trust our employees and are looking for someone to work in one of our offices, London or Manchester, when needed, but also from home.


What you’ll be doing:

  • You are passionate about talent. You are interested in candidates beyond the job you have to fill. You take a keen interest in their desires and motivations and want to help them grow their careers.
  • You have worked as a Recruiter and understands a face paced, agile environment that understands Sales recruitment and interview processes.
  • We are looking to implement structure and process so we need someone who has a keen eye for detail and can guide others
  • You will need to have the ability to close candidates in a highly competitive environment
  • We hire on culture, so having a high emotional intelligence is key.
  • Communication is another key skill as we work very closely with decision makers within the business who will rely on you for guidance.
  • Writing job descriptions, head hunting candidates and managing candidate through interview processes.

  • We use Workable as a Recruitment Tool and LinkedIn as a sourcing tool so any experience in that would be beneficial.
