About the Role:
We are looking for an outstanding Enterprise Sales Director to be part of our high energy, fast growth sales team.
In this role, you will prospect and sell into some of the biggest brands in the world, with a solution that has an unparalleled product-market fit and an impressive roster of clients.
Taking a team-based approach to selling, you’ll partner with our BDR, Marketing, Client Success amp; Legal Advisory teams to ensure a world class end-to-end client experience.
What you’ll do:
- Run the full sales lifecycle, start to finish, for your territory across our TAM
- Collaborate with BDR’s and Marketing to optimise our go-to-market strategy and identify creative ways to ‘get in the door’ and build a strong pipeline
- Support and educate a typically highly intelligent but risk-averse buyer of tech, with a consultative sales approach and investment into their long-term success
- Professionally deliver detailed presentations and demonstrations of our software and programme capabilities
- Build strategic relationships and become a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, namely C-level executives, VPs, and Directors of inhouse legal teams
- Execute key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans to close deals and onboard new clients
- Maintain relationships and continue to support the growth of the PERSUIT community
Ideally, you’ll have:
- 5-8+ years of B2B sales experience at the enterprise level, selling six-figure deals
- Best practice sales fundamentals from established and successful sales organisations
- A consistent track record of meeting/ exceeding your sales quota in both large and start-up environments
- SaaS and/or consultancy sales experience
- Bonus points for Legal or Legal Tech experience
