Salary: 50,000 - 80,000 plus bonus

Skills and experience required
The role of Product Manager means that you will be doing a mixture of business development, client management, and leading teams who deliver great UX work and deliver user-centred digital services. A senior UX practitioner, you're able to advise and present research findings and shape programmes of work for clients.
If you have experience of working in user research or service design to Government Digital Service (GDS) standards then you could be of significant interest to our client.
You'll need experience of being able to lead user research projects. You need to be able to collaborate internally and externally with different teams, and use a variety of UX design processes to validate design decisions. You'll be regularly presenting your findings to others, so being able to communicate precisely in all settings (written and verbal) will be important.
You are experienced in helping collaborating with clients to develop long term roadmaps for their digital products. You be responsible for the products created, ensuring these are top quality and deliver exceptional results to your clients.
You’ll have a deep understanding of UX design and research practices and projects involving service design or content design. You’ll be passionate about sharing your knowledge with the wider team and adding value in research and UX design best practice at the agency.
