What you’ll be doing• Identifying all the approachable and hottest social media resources relevant to our target audience - potential candidates to join the Revolut team• Creating, scheduling and publishing content across multiple social media channels and blog• Working with employees across departments and functions to create attractive content showcasing Revolut as an employer• Using your platform knowledge and creative skills to create boundary-pushing, attention-grabbing social content using the latest affordances on each channel• Supporting the Recruitment department with dedicated content campaigns and job postings review• Calmly and carefully dealing with candidates and community issues raised on our social media profiles, if needed• Media planning, copywriting, content management (text, pictures, videos) and tracking the efficiency• Supporting employer branding campaigns with various content for different channels
What you'll need• Experience in social media roles delivering highly engaging content and social followings in a world class consumer-facing business known for high quality social media execution• Proven record of setting up and developing social media accounts across Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Youtube, Tik Tok, Instagram• Readiness to work in a high performing, analytical and results-driven environment• Highly skilled in both written and spoken English: you’re a native or super fluent speaker who can feel the language, not only speak it• Impeccable copywriting and content marketing skills• Natural storyteller skills and creativity• Intuition on how to build employer brand awareness• Team player abilities with experience on how to collaborate across functions• Great self-organisation skills to keep cool when working to tight deadlines
Compensation range• Vilnius: 1,900 - 2,000 gross monthly*• Lithuania: 1,900 - 2,000 gross monthly*• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experienceBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
