Job Description
As our Senior People amp; Talent Partner you will be passionate about business partnering in its truest sense. Reporting to the Head of People amp; Talent the people partner plays a critical role in delivering strategic partner support across multiple locations, including the UK, US, Portugal, France and Dubai.
We operate using agileHR, which means we are looking for people confident in articulating the trust business value of people's products, and are comfortable setting up experiments.
The Senior People amp; Talent Partner is dedicated to driving business outcomes by cultivating a highly effective and engaged partnership with people managers providing them with pragmatic, commercial, employee-focused and future employee advice. Working closely with all teams and at all levels to improve talent development, manage performance, and facilitate feedback across the Company. The Senior People amp; Talent Partner will help empower people managers to be as effective and impactful as possible. They will utilise their excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills to drive recruitment, employee engagement, ensuring that we hire and retain motivated teams of employees who can deliver an excellent service to our clients.

This role and the team are hybrid based out of Telephone House in Shoreditch, London. This role does have in-office expectations because of how we operate as a team and business, and although we’re really open to what those are and how they work, this team does require 3 days a week together in the office.
We regret that we are not open to fully remote applications right now for this reason, but what we can offer is a flexible working approach which can be discussed per role and a host of team cultural activities and treats in our office.
Requirements
You Will:
- Business partner with key people managers to, implement, and execute new people strategies, as well as assess and improve existing people strategies.
- Partner with senior management to build up-to-date, robust data led recruitment/hiring plans that are adhered to.
- Proactively manage Employee Relations (ER) cases, building the capabilities of people managers and working with teams generally to provide guidance and support on correct HR procedures.
- Use data amp; insight to inform decision making, people priorities and improvements ensuring complete compliance.
- Lead on a range of people products and projects
You Have:
- Experience working with AgileHR, testing learning and setting experiments
- Working knowledge of UK employment law and working practices is essential
- Knowledge of US, France and Portugal labour law and working process
- Excellent business partnering skills demonstrating the right level of challenge and influence to get results
- Commercial acumen and understanding of the operational levers which drive success in the business
- Minimum CIPD level 5 or are currently working towards it
- HR experience in a fashion, luxury fashion or e-commerce industry
