Location: Marshalls Bricks amp; Masonry, Shepton Mallet, Somerset, BA4 4SQ
Starting Salary: 23,100 + Benefits
Hours: 7am - 3pm, 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday with 1 in 4 Saturdays

We're now recruiting for a Manufacturing Operative to join our brick manufacturing team at our Shepton Mallet site! Internally at Marshalls, this role is known as Operations Team Member.
So, what's the mission?
You will work as part of our manufacturing team to carry out all duties relating to the efficient manufacturing of high-quality bricks. This is a manual position where you will be shovelling pigment, and carrying heavy products around the site. As you develop into the role and learn more skills, your salary will increase.

What are the mission-critical skills?
- Previous experience or understanding of working within a Manufacturing Production Plant
- Team player with attention to detail
- IOSH qualification is desirable
- Good level of English, oral and written
- A forward-thinking individual continually looking at improving processes
- Knowledge of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) is advantageous
