Job Description
We've had a phenomenal few years in the people team which has seen engagement hit 90% and record sales years back to back. Attracting and retaining our people remains our key priority in the years ahead as we embark on a new era of the National Lottery. The People Business Partner role will report to the Head of Business Partnering and be part of a wider team of 7. This a hybrid working role, typically 2 days in the office.

How you'll make a difference
The Business Partnering team works closely with our exec and leadership teams to drive a whole host of crucial activities in the people lifecycle; everything from change management, talent, and performance management, ER casework, and delivery of key projects as part of our people plan.
What you'll bring to the table:
- Extensive experience in managing and driving change through leadership teams and executive teams across a number of specialist areas.
- Generalist experience with a passion for working with senior leaders to identify and grow talent and build teams this is a must for this role
- Proven track record in a similar HR Business Partnering role with strong commercial awareness and knowing what good looks like.
- We'd be impressed If you've worked with a variety of business areas including commercial and support functions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the business
- Must have experience of managing and delivering end-to-end change cycles and people projects
- Up-to-date generalist HR knowledge in employee relations, performance management, organisational change, reward amp; recognition and employee legislation.
- Able to effectively influence, coach, and work with senior-level stakeholders.
- Able to bring strategic thinking and bigger-picture thinking to the table.
