The People Business Partner role will report to the Head of Business Partnering and be part of a wider team of 7. This a hybrid working role, typically 2 days in the office.

The Business Partnering team works closely with our exec and leadership teams to drive a whole host of crucial activities in the people lifecycle; everything from change management, talent, and performance management, ER casework, and delivery of key projects as part of our people plan.
