Job Description

Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor (Inhouse)

Salary Range: 35,000 -40,000

Location: Hybrid (London or Uppingham)

The Opportunity

As a senior inhouse Talent Acquisition Advisor you will act as a true business partner to our key stakeholders across MMT to ensure that we are talent pooling for future demand, agile in meeting hiring needs and providing data and market insights to help support the business in securing new wins and fulfilling vacancy requirements.

Whilst some roles will be forecast, others will be ad hoc and you must be able to demonstrate working in a fast paced environment where priorities and demands can change at speed.

If you can demonstrate where you have made a difference to an inhouse recruitment team, are an advocate of accuracy and data and can direct source and present credible, qualified technical expertise to your Hiring Managers then we would love to hear from you.

Above all we want to hear from people who are motivated, and can add value to the opportunity, wanting to be part of a team delivering solutions to a wide client base.

This is a hybrid role with the expectation that you will be available onsite at least once a week at one of our offices in London or Uppingham and work from home the rest of the time.

Please note you must currently hold valid UK Right to Work documentation in order to take up this position.
