Requirements

Logistics

  • Manage the relationship with our chosen freight forwarders.
  • Obtain spot rate air freight quotes company wide
  • Manage exceptions for all sea freight shipments
  • Sign off invoices for freight services
  • Monitor and approve LCL shipments, whilst trying to maintain the overall fill rates and CPUs for sea freight
  • Report for company wide of all outstanding orders and expected arrival dates
  • Maintain issues log and work with the freight forwarder to ensure these are resolved
  • Provide value on water report for finance manager on a monthly basis
  • Pull weekly intake forecasts for the DC to ensure they can plan staff accordingly and highlight any priorities from the teams
  • Provide customs support
  • Manage general admin tasks completed by team member

PO Admin Team

  • Create a weekly KPI Report Pack
  • Manage orders from 11 different buying teams to ensure the admin team create SKU and PO’s for each team in a timely manor
  • Send company wide report on ‘penalty bin’ status
  • Manage general admin tasks completed by this team

External Brands Admin Team

  • Oversee and manage External team BAA’s to ensure they are hitting deadlines and ensuring the smooth flow of orders from submission to delivery
  • Trouble shoot

General

  • Submit team sickness
  • Approve holidays
  • Check and approve our sundries orders placed on a monthly basis
