Team amp; Role

The Onboarding/Implementation Team is responsible for managing the efficient and timely onboarding of our clients. This process involves rigorous planning and coordination with various internal teams and subject matter experts across Landytech.

What We Are Looking For

  • You will be managing onboarding of clients including asset managers, family offices, private investment offices, and fiduciaries
  • You will be coordinating progress with different internal stakeholders (Customer Success Managers, Data, Engineering, Professional Services)
  • You will be developing and maintaining the project delivery plan
  • You will be identifying and specifying process improvement and automation opportunities within the onboarding process
  • You will be closely following and taking responsibility for the status of ongoing onboarding projects
  • You will be identifying potential delays and bottlenecks in planned onboardings and take proactive measures to resolve them

Your Skills amp; Expertise

  • You have 2+ years of project management experience in FS/fintech field
  • You have 2+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise solutions, SDLC, or software solutions
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field
  • You have work understanding of portfolio management and investment strategies, as well as understanding of the main types of financial instruments
  • You have a proven track record of managing multiple complex projects, setting priorities, meeting deadlines
  • You are analytical amp; you have a strong ability to summarize and synthesize detailed information, as well as excellent organizational skills
  • You have excellent verbal amp; written communication skills, as well as outstanding client amp; stakeholder management skills
  • You have an affinity for building relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders
  • You are fluent in English, French/German is a plus
