We’re looking for a Senior or Lead Product Manager to join our Product team on a 3-6 month contract and help us start to reach the next level of maturity in our product function. You’ll be responsible for the leadership, strategy and execution of a product squad within this time. You’ll train current team members and implement data-led decision making frameworks.

In this role you will have the following key responsibilities:
  • Product strategy develop and execute a squad strategy that aligns with our product strategy
  • Customer focused conduct market research and customer analysis to understand customer needs and core JTBD
  • Data driven follow a data driven approach, using both qualitative but also quantitative data to inform decisions.
  • Communication communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders and cross-functional teams for area of responsibility and within the squad’s scope
  • Leadership lead cross-functional team in the development of a JTBD roadmap and manage its execution
  • Best practice define product requirements and create detailed specifications, user stories, and wireframes to guide development.
  • Collaboration collaborate with design and engineering teams to bring the best out of collaborators and build high-quality products
  • Experiments launch experiments, gather and analyse qualitative and quantitative data to validate product hypotheses
  • Go to market define clear go to market strategy in collaboration with Customer Success, Marketing and Sales teams
  • Iteration monitor and analyse product performance and make recommendations for improvements
  • Lead implementation of data-led decision processes we have a new quantitative tool at Charlie and we need to get started using it to collect the right data and use it for daily decision making
  • Train other PMs - to grow according to strongest PMs best practices, methods and frameworks (aligned with reforge is a plus)

Requirements

You must have:

  • 8+ years of experience as a product manager in a technology company
  • A proven history of success in product management roles, where you currently own or have owned a large scope of consumer-facing products and features
  • Strong experience with data analysis and customer research technique, especially the quantitative tool Amplitude
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Deep analytical, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience leveraging experiments and data to inform product decisions.
  • Aptitude for translating complex technical topics into simple product solutions.
  • Relentlessly focused on customers’ needs
  • Self-awareness and humility you know that honest feedback is how you grow, and you’re not afraid to ask for help.
