Head of Talent (Influencer Marketing)

TIKTAL is seeking a Head of Talent/Roster to manage all aspects of Talent Management for our in-house creators. As the Head of Talent/Roster, you will lead a team of more than 4 people and be responsible for the team's success in all areas, including talent sales, pitching creators, and ensuring creators perform to the best of their abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for identifying, recruiting, and retaining top talent
• Lead and manage a team of more than four people
• Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing to develop and execute creator campaigns and projects
• Actively seek out new talent and identify opportunities for growth and revenue
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators and their representatives
• Oversee the negotiation of contracts and ensure all agreements are properly executed
• Analyze creator performance data and provide insights to improve overall performance and achieve KPIs
• Collaborate with legal team to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the Talent Management team
• Develop and execute strategies to drive talent sales and increase revenue

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Talent Management within the media industry
• Proven success in leading and managing a team
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of the creator ecosystem and social media platforms, particularly TikTok
• Ability to identify and develop top talent
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
• Strong English proficiency, both written and verbal
