We are a fast growing data consultancy, who are working on some exciting projects for some of the UK and Europe's best-known brands. We have big ambitions across both the consultancy and technology spaces and in order to achieve these ambitions, we’re hiring a motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team to help grow our business.

The role

You will provide candidates and hiring managers with an excellent recruitment experience. A large part of the role will be using your industry knowledge to source and engage talent. You will manage multiple end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast paced environment, with changing needs. We operate in a competitive market, so the requirement to be proactive in direct sourcing is a must. Part of your day to day role will also involve working on various recruitment projects, to help to grow our recruitment brand.

Key outputs for the role include:

• Manage open positions, partnering with hiring managers - advising on hiring, taking job briefs and assisting with job descriptions
• Direct sourcing of passive and active candidates
• Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
• Manage end to end recruitment processes

• Liaising with external suppliers and agencies when and if required to ensure efficiency and quality in sourcing
• Involvement in recruitment projects, job fairs and brand strategy developments
• MI reporting

A bit about you

You should have a proven track record of filling vacancies with the best possible talent within an in-house or consultancy background, preferably within the Data/Tech sector. You should be extremely well organised with the ability to work at a fast pace and have excellent prioritisation and communication skills. You're a real 'people person' who is self-motivated and driven to succeed at all times. We want you to bring your own personality and approach to the role, but you’ll also need:

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous in house or agency side recruitment experience, for technical roles
• Direct sourcing experience, using tools such as LinkedIn, Reed or Indeed
• Experience of running end to end recruitment campaigns for multiple vacancies, in a fast paced environment
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, challenge appropriately and educate
• Strong communication and people skills
