Pakora Chef

A prestigious restaurant requires an experienced Pakora Chef.

You will be working as part of an already well-established team and will be required to undertake duties consistent with this appointment. You may from time to time be called on to perform other tasks to meet the needs of the business including menu improvement and wastage control.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Preparation and cooking of all types of pakora dishes.
• Improve the current menu and enhance presentation standards.
• Control food wastage.
• Work alongside the kitchen team to ensure all food hygiene documentation and product labelling are followed and implemented.
• Maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
