Here at Mindera, we are continuously developing a fantastic team and would love for you to join us. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely records of all accounts receivable transactions, including: collating, reconciling and raising customer bills, communicating with customers regarding their accounts, ensuring payments are received on time and cash balances are optimised.
This is a hybrid opportunity, you will be required on site at our office in Leicester a minimum of three days a week.
Requirements
- Generate and send out invoices to customers by collaborating with internal client facing
- Account Owners and reconciling source data to financial systems to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Follow up on overdue payments via all appropriate communication methods.
- Record all transactions in the accounting system and reconcile customer accounts.
- Process payments and allocate payments to customer accounts accurately and on a timely basis.
- Investigate and resolve any payment discrepancies or billing issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Communicate with customers to address questions or concerns related to their accounts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external contacts.
- Good IT skills including Google Sheets and Excel
- 2 years Accounts Receivable experience
- High level of IT competence and be able to work confidently across the full Microsoft Office suite of applications and in other cloud based third party applications.
