Job Description

We have a new and exciting hybrid role at Content + Cloud to support our Professional Services Practice in their goals around resource augmentation and cost reduction.

There are 2 main components to this senior role which evolve as you take the clients through a transition to establish a long term, sustainable resourcing model meeting both the client demands and the PS cost model.

The first phase of the programme will be to consult with the senior client stake holders and internal business stakeholders to remodel the commercial agreements and scope of works to drive the cost base to the desired state.

You’ll need a strong understanding of how client contracts work in relation to outsourced staffing, and how we can successfully design the workforce planning models to best service our clients’ needs and our business operating model.

You will actively engage with and instruct other key teams to deliver against this model, whether that be recruiting, contingent workforce management, or the PMO teams responsible for staff deployment. Whilst you will not directly manage these teams, they will support you to deliver against your defined strategy and KPIs.

The second, and ongoing phase of the role, is establishing a longer term, sustainable talent solution by building out an Early Careers talent model, specific to our Professional Services business. You will ideally already have experience in building Early Talent Programmes (Grad/Apprentice) and/or academic programmes.

The Early Talent model will require you to design the strategic approach to how we attract, onboard, orientate, develop and ultimately deploy and retain our PS early talent cohorts. You will be working closely with the Talent Acquisition team to review, engage and maintain the right partners to supply our new talent and with the People and Talent and Lamp;D teams to design their ongoing professional development and career pathways, ensuring they are being skilled up to meet the future demands of the marketplace.

Requirements

This is a senior role which requires high levels of business acumen and understanding of contractual frameworks, whilst a strong understanding of building sustainable early talent solutions.
