  • Managing projects to completion within contracted timelines and budgets are critical success factors.
  • Financial management and operational project delivery of global and UK assignments to ensure project delivery is on time and within budget for all contracted activities
  • Developing strong and effective working relationships with clients and international partners to ensure an understanding of objectives and timelines
  • Performing as the primary point of contact for the client from project start (ie, contract signed and project handed over from the real-world evidence [RWE] consultant) to completion of all contracted services
  • Managing project staff from partner companies in other countries or third-party vendors, including project-specific scoping and contracting with partners and vendors in liaison with the Director of Project Management
  • Providing support and leadership to international CRA teams throughout projects regarding protocol, therapeutic area, study procedures, and SOP training
  • Oversight of local country teams to obtain appropriate ethics and any other relevant approvals and to negotiate local hospital contracts
  • Working with relevant team members to develop data collection and communication guidelines to ensure consistency between researchers working on projects and enable an effective data-cleaning process
  • Supporting the business development process by assisting with preparation for and actively participating in bid defense and pitch meetings for new business opportunities

What you’ll bring:
