For 30 years we’ve been creating incredible video games at our multiple studios, but Rebellion is more than just games. We have our own film and mo-cap studio, we create board games, publish books, and through 2000AD, publish comics and graphic novels such as the amazing Judge Dredd.
We operate across multiple UK locations, with studios based in Oxford, Warwick, Liverpool, and Wakefield. We are on the lookout for an experienced Producer to join our team to help work on an unannounced, adrenaline-fuelled Sci-Fi shooter game.
You will be joining a small, passionate, and experienced team with a proven record of delivering quality experiences. This is a chance to work on a number of riveting new games at a company with a history of making exciting 3rd person shooters at the start of the journey to help shape the products.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the day to day running of the project, identifying, and solving problems
- Help define and scope core goals amp; scope of the game to ensure that they are in accordance with all stakeholder requirements including budget and timescale
- Create and maintain milestone deliverables and definitions to ensure maximum visibility on deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure that timely reporting and fixing of bugs and defects are maintained throughout the end phase of the project to completion
- Collate weekly reports on the status of the project and deliver the reports to the Head of Studio, specifically highlighting any risks or issues
Requirements
- Professional experience as a Producer, ideally having shipped a console or PC title
- Demonstrated successful track record in Project Management of medium to large scale projects
- Experience managing individuals using best practice people management techniques
- Experience working within an Agile development environment
- Experience with Jira, Confluence and Perforce would be beneficial
