About the role
Join our Marketing team and co-ordinate brand and design projects with Events, and PR teams to ensure world-class representation of the brand. You’ll be managing creative design and video projects across multiple platforms.
- Encourage the team to produce new ideas and concepts for integrated campaigns, collaborate on and develop design briefs, and solve issues in a creative manner.
- Ensure the Design team follows Divisional Director of Communications strategy.
- Project manage creative design and video projects and lead the way in managing creative design and video projects that power the Communications team's cutting-edge strategy.
- Ensure world-class customer experience at events, manage graphics, coordinate events, training, and provide design input.
- Manage and design promotional assets with quality, simplicity, and economy.
- Encourage creative ideas and concepts for integrated campaigns.
- Represent the Communications team at Company events and site visits, carry out case studies, promote the Paxton brand, and cover Paxton's presence with photography and video.
- Understand and keep abreast of Paxton products, target audiences, competitor and market activities, design programs and trends in digital and social media marketing.
What are we looking for?
- Background in Graphic Design or relevant Qualification.
- Familiarity with HTML amp; CSS is a plus.
