Requirements
- Ability to Empathise and feel the customer's needs
- Have a proven conscientious and well-organised approach to workload, working on own initiative and the ability to plan effectively
- Championing our product and business and acting as an effective first point of contact representative
- Be able to work under pressure, often dealing with emotive issues
- Have an excellent standard of written and spoken English
- Have excellent customer service, rapport building and communication skills, with the ability to adapt your own approach to suit a diverse range of people
- Be able to work well as part of a strong team but also use your own initiative to deliver high-level results for our customers
- Have the willingness to learn and be open to change
- Be I.T literate and excel in a digitally-lead team
- Weekend availability may be required during peak seasons
