2022 saw the opening of our new Bangor HQ and in recent weeks we have launched the latest version of our online platform.
The role of the Digital Marketing Manager will primarily include the execution and management of:
- PPC / Display
- SEO / SEM
- Social
This is not a hands off management role. The DMM will be directly involved in the day to day execution of marketing activities, while also working with external contractors, agencies and building a new in house digital team.
In addition to Send My Bag, the successful candidate will oversee the launch and management of digital channels for a new in-house shipping brand coming later in the year.
SMB undertakes global advertising and PR activities, you may from time to time be involved in other areas such as these.
Digital marketing Budget in excess of 1M pa.
Requirements
While the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in all key digital marketing channels, we require a high level of personal proficiency in either PPC or SEO.
By way of example, the successful candidate may currently be PPC lead at an agency with clients throughout the UK, or run a respected SEO blog.
Additional experience will include;
- developing and executing marketing plans
- detailed reporting
- collaborating with other stakeholders
You do not necessarily need prior experience of hiring and managing team members, but this will be something you will be required to do and so should confident in your ability to do so.
This position is based in Bangor (Northern Ireland), this is not a remote working position.
