The Role

We are looking for someone who is capable of activating and managing campaigns independently with total confidence of delivering the highest levels of attention to detail and best practice. You will continue building upon the foundation you’ve built by growing your influence with clients and the wider team. The role will include regular client contact, presenting internally and to clients, creating plans and strategies as well becoming a voice for paid social within the agency. You’ll also be a role model for more junior team members and responsible for supporting their development.


Responsibilities

Client Servicing:

  • Being the direct day-to-day paid social contact for a number of clients whilst also guiding junior team members with client requests when necessary
  • Managing delivery of regular work independently or under the direction of your team manager
  • Carefully planning and delivering responses to ad-hoc client requests, exceeding expectations and calling on the expertise of colleagues to deliver beyond your own knowledge and experience
  • Ensuring all internal meetings, client meetings and statuses are followed up with clear actions
  • Being responsible for organising client meetings, producing a clear agenda, communicating in a timely fashion beforehand to set clear expectations of purpose, with or without the guidance of a senior team member
  • Presenting end of campaign results, recommendations, strategy and rationale to clients with confidence
  • Keeping clients updated on new products features and plans to test, either independently on smaller accounts or under the guidance of senior team members on large accounts
  • Working with senior team members to keep clients updated on major industry changes and recommending relevant action
  • Demonstrating a deep understanding of your client’s industry and competitors and how this tailors the strategic approach in your channel


Campaign Management:

  • Creating small to medium sized media plans with careful consideration of objectives, platforms, audiences and budgets while ensuring deliverables are calculated with total accuracy
  • Having a deep understanding of the advantages of different paid social features and tools, together with their implications for your clients’ strategies
  • Understanding the opportunities available using 3rd party partners and tools
  • Beginning to develop campaign strategies alongside your team manager
  • Being accountable for the day-to-day monitoring of campaign performance against targets, either taking responsibility for this or directing junior team members where necessary
  • Being accountable for the accurate delivery of regular reports, taking responsibility for this or directing junior team members where necessary
  • Ensuring new opportunities are identified and taken advantage of, such as the trialling of new features or strategic refinement
  • Planning A/B tests with clear goals, measurement and a logical approach to ensure statistical significance and trustworthy insights with results kept in an updated record
  • Being accountable for the updating and maintenance of core account documentation on a regular basis, either taking responsibility for this or directing junior team members where necessary, including: Optimisation framework, Campaign checklist, T
