This is a truly incredible opportunity to take a profitable Trade Distributor of Garden Buildings, and take it to the next level of growth. Store More Garden Buildings is our Trade Subsidiary, and whilst already successful, we have ambitious plans to expand the customer base and product offer.

We are looking for a well Managing Director of a 2 million to 5 million turnover SME, who can:

• Create a basic 12 month business plan
• Design the right critical path to deliver the growth
• Hire the best people and develop the existing ones
• Create the best processes and structures
• Work in a modern, progressive way
• Provide clear, regular updates to the main Business

Requirements

• Experience of running a Trade B2B Business where the consumer is the end customer
• Proven track record of failure and success - you've made the errors that have helped you succeed
• Great communicator
• Able to get to Worksop every Day
• Committed to delivering the results
