Job Description

What you'll be doing

This role leads the ongoing development of the reward strategy and total reward offering, ensuring that Future is able to attract and retain great people with the capabilities needed to deliver our strategic objectives.

The Head of Reward is a critical role in the People Senior Leadership Team and will be responsible for all Plc remuneration activities as well as non Plc compensation and benefits activity.

Reporting to the People Operations Director, in this role, you will further develop and execute a total reward strategy, leading on core reward activities including fixed and variable compensation, including sales incentives, executive compensation, benefits, recognition, pensions, governance, and national amp; international mobility.

Please note:

Today, we’re happy to announce we’re working with the Welsh Government and Cardiff Council on a grant application which sees us opening a new office in Cardiff, this will begin with a three month trial which will involve hiring between twenty to sixty new staff in Cardiff. If the trial goes well, and the grant application is successful, our new Cardiff colleagues will be the first cohort in an office that we plan to grow over the next 5 years. If not, we will still guarantee roles with Future, either working remotely or in our other UK offices.
