A fantastic opportunity to join an expanding Application Support Team in Horsforth, North Leeds. In this fast paced, but rewarding role, you will provide our customers with support on queries or issues that may occur with our portfolio of Fleet Solution Applications.
Duties amp; Responsibilities:
- Support and assist with queries relating to the My Fleet Hub Fleet Product applications (Telegence, Mileage Count, MyDriveSafe and MyServiceExpert).
- Provide ad hoc support for the internal applications (Goldvision) where appropriate.
- Liaise with customers over the phone, email and screen share to resolve issues.
- Manage customer queries and liaise where necessary with our external IT support providers.
- Respond to issues raised and seek to provide resolution within a timely manner, ensuring regular updates are provided to those affected where resolution may take longer than usual.
- Any other duties as may be reasonably required.
Requirements
- Experience working in a customer service role essential.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Good communicator with professional and confident telephone manner.
- Problem solving skills.
- Accuracy and a high attention to detail.
- Patient, enthusiastic and good customer service skills.
