Job Description

The opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual looking to progress their career, to join our Marketing and BD Team as a PR amp; Content Executive and the role will be based in our Bath office however may require occasional travel to any of our other locations or off site as client demands require.

As the PR amp; Content Executive, you will be an integral part of producing high quality digital content and delivering communications to all solicitors across the firm. The role will include ensuring that all digital content is user-focused, actionable and measurable to effectively engage with our clients. The role includes responsibility for identifying and managing content communications strategy which will feed into internal and external client communications.

    Key responsibilities

    General responsibilities include but not limited to:

    • The role is a combination of generating content as well as improving the content from fee-earners, so an inquisitive nature and people first approach is key.
    • Ability to create and contribute to a wider variety of content to include social media, web content, supporting the pitch process and helping with other digital content such as videos and social media snippets.
    • Strong attention to detail with a key focus on optimising content
    • Utilising best practice when it comes to planning, proofreading, reviewing and managing new and existing content.
    • Work closely with lawyers at all levels

    Requirements

    • Highly organised with good project management skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write concise, interesting and accurate copy for a professional audience.
    • Proven and demonstrable experience working in a communications role with an ability edit and proof read content for online/ digital format.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with experience managing relationships with a range of internal and external contributors.
    • The ability to work under pressure and able to the meet deadlines
    • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
