We are looking for a German Speaking Senior Social Media Executive who will be responsible for managing social media channels and communities for our clients, sourcing and securing influencers and reporting. We are looking for a well-organised candidate with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
Requirements
Specialist Skillset
- Native German speaker
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Proven experience managing social accounts Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.
- Proven experience with community management, audience engagement and customer service, including software e.g. Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr
- Ability to develop client-facing campaign plans and reports
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Reporting and analytics (platform insights and software e.g. Sprout Social as well as Ads Managers); Google Analytics
- Social listening and monitoring
- Previous experience of a fast-paced environment / agency a bonus

Responsibilities
- D2d management of social accounts, ensuring client objectives are met, work is of the highest quality
- Community management providing top-class customer service and crisis management
- Handling organic amp; paid content across social platforms; owning campaign roll-out, working with other team members
- D2d handling of client queries and preparing monthly client meetings
- Supporting on campaign ideation and planning, decks, etc.
- Reporting and analytics across content, organic and paid social gathering learnings amp; benchmarking metrics, setting clear actions to implement
In your current role you might be: Managing social media channels, looking after community management, planning and scheduling social media content, activating paid social campaigns, working with influencers, juggling multiple clients and projects, client-facing.
