As the Supply Chain Analyst you will be responsible for data management and analytics for Carbon Clean supply chain team. You will also develop and execute transversal processes as demand-supply planning and supply chain performance reviews.
Key Responsibilities and Outcomes
- Develop and implement a vendor data management system and process across all strategic sourcing, procurement and logistics activities. Provide relevant training to team members.
- Design and develop the demand-supply planning process and analytics, with the end goal to support supply chain team balancing demand with capacity along all the critical dimensions of supply and within the short/mid/long term planning horizon.
- Design supply network that would minimize total cost while meeting lead-time demand and capacity constraints
- Establish regular meeting cadence to review demand, supply and capacity plans and escalate capacity bottlenekcs that cannot be resolved during the planning cycle
- Design the supply chain performance management structure along dimensions of sourcing, procurement and logistics process efficiency and effectiveness
- Prepare both standard and ad-hoc reporting for Supply Chain performance reviews , leverage data to enhance Supply Chain efficiency and effectiveness while minimizing its total cost
- Perform make vs buy analysis for goods and services
- Be the key reference within the Supply Chain team for continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
To be successful in this role you should have a combination of the below knowledge, skills, and experience:
- Experience in similar role as Supply Chain Planner or Supply Chain Analyst
- Profound understanding of supply chain management processes (sourcing, procurement, production, distribution, costing)
- Experienced with process analytics and development, data management and IT systems architecture building
- Excellent analytical skills and excited about data-driven decision making
- Excellent problem solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
- Proficient in applications such as Excel, Access, PowerBI and good understanding of ERP systems
