What’s the purpose of this role?
The Customer Service Team Member role is integral to the delivery of Stowe's Customer Value Proposition. The Customer experience is at the heart of every process and procedure and has been carefully designed with the Customer’s needs in mind. It is the responsibility of the Customer Service Team to manage the initial customer journey.
