Confused.com is the UK’s first comparison platform for car insurance. We help customers by empowering them to make better decisions around insurance and financial services products. Our mission is simple: take away the confusion when comparing financial products and services to help you save time and money.
We’re part of RVU - a global group of online brands (including Uswitch, Tempcover and Money.co.uk) that work to empower consumers. We do this by helping people compare home services, insurance and other financial products.

What you’ll be doing:
- Owning the end-to-end recruitment process with a hands-on approach to candidate and hiring manager engagement.
- Primarily supporting our Marketing, Commercial and Business Support functions, you will provide an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Leveraging your sourcing creativity to build relationships with diverse talent
- Finding ways to improve how we work, attract talent and solve problems
- Supporting the evolution of our employer brand, leveraging insights from candidate interactions, keeping an active presence at networking events, meetups, sponsorship events and talks.
What you’ll bring to the role:
We value passion, a drive to improve and people who can help us in constantly challenging our own assumptions. To thrive in this environment you’ll be able to demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience in an agency, RPO or in-house recruitment team, with a track-record of creatively sourcing diverse and in-demand talent
- We believe that ‘everything is written in pencil’, so you’ll be able to show how you’ve previously adapted to changing demands and prioritised key deliverables.
