Aircraft/Systems Integration is the task of ensuring all the aircraft systems operate correctly individually and together as installed on the aircraft.

As part of an innovative cross-functional, cross-company and cross-industry team, as Aircraft Systems Integration Engineer you will be responsible for the successful physical integration and interfaces to satisfy all aircraft and systems requirements.

As part of an innovative cross-functional, cross-company and cross-industry team, as Aircraft Systems Integration Engineer you will be responsible for the successful physical integration and interfaces to satisfy all aircraft and systems requirements.

You will report directly into the Chief Systems amp; Safety Engineer.


Key Role amp; Responsibilities

  • Working as part of a multi-discipline team, you will be responsible for applying systems engineering process and practice to coordinate aircraft and system specification, design and integration
  • Collaborate with customers (internal and external) to understand and develop their requirements, thereafter, decomposing to a set of aircraft and systems requirements
  • Developing and validating requirements for new and existing product baselines
  • Defining and executing the aircraft and systems verification plans
  • Working with systems design teams to define the scope of verification activities and build overall integration plans
  • Performing Aircraft and Systems Integration analysis like failure propagation, power-up sequence, cable bundle and any additional integration activity, as necessary
  • Supporting system engineering tools and driving method changes, deploying innovative ways of working within aircraft systems community
  • Work on ad hoc related tasks or projects provided by management.
  • Any other duties as needed or required by the business. Such other relevant duties may be assigned by the Manager in agreement with you. Such agreement should not be unreasonably withheld.

Requirements

  • Experience with integration of aircraft mechanical and electronic systems
  • Experience with ARP4754 and ARP4761 desired
  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant field preferable.
  • Driving License preferred
